1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by EverUp Facility Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

EverUp Facility Solutions offers various cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor scrubbing, and more. Specific details of the services provided will be agreed upon in a separate contract or service agreement.

3. Payment Terms 

Payment for services is due as agreed upon in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees. All services are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy  

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability 

EverUp Facility Solutions is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring the safety of your property. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur beyond our control. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring the premises are safe for our staff to work.

6. Service Modifications

EverUp Facility Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice. We may also amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
